| All participating carriers in Australia’s electronic visa program have the capability to verify your electronic visa via their check-in computer reservation system, the same system used to verify your ticketing itinerary before boarding. NOTE: As verification of your electronic visa is completely independent of your travel bookings, it is not necessary to hold any confirmed travel itinerary prior to applying for an electronic visa. Upon arrival in Australia, your electronic visa is again electronically verified by an Australian immigration official. |
